We’re a preferred and exclusive supplier in the North West for some of the industry’s leading furniture manufacturers and we work closely with our partner Universal Business Installations to enable us to provide a first class delivery and installation service.

Kevin Rawcliffe

Managing Director & Co-Founder

Kevin has been an advocate for design lead product with over 30 years experience within the furniture field. This means he has the passion for your business and keeps his finger on the pulse, he also believes every project is individual to you and leads from a strong product design background. Having worked for the largest manufacturers in the world Kevin decided that having reached as high as he could go with those Companies he could do it better, and we have.

His skills are a keen eye for quality and design, yet incorporating great aesthetics and value for money within each of his hand selected ranges. Married for 37 years with two wonderful daughters he has family values and brings strong ethics to his business and the way he conducts it, Hobbies include mountain walking and looking after his new grandchild Charlie whom he is sure will become a family member of team ikon. His mantra is get it right first time on time. His favourite saying is “If a man can walk on the moon we should have no limits. Personal ambition to run the London marathon for charity.

Charlotte Braithwaite

Head of Commercial Furniture

After nearly 7 years in the freight industry Charlotte decided to join ikon furniture in February 2014 to assist Kevin with the general administration and finance. Now Head of Commercial Furniture, Charlotte oversees the sales & operations department and runs projects from start to finish liaising with customers old and new.

As a graduate from Lancaster University with a 2:1 Honours degree in Business &; Management, Charlotte finds the skills learnt important and transferable in the workplace. In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys days out with her husband Chris & son Charlie, socialising with friends and of course shopping!

Leanne Westcott

Finance and Office Manager

Leanne decided to join ikon in August 2017 to take on the role of Office & Finance Manager after leaving her role as Office and Building manager at a large law firm in Bolton. With over 14 year’s experience in management in different sectors she decided to take the leap into interiors and hasn’t looked back since! In her spare time Leanne enjoys spending time with her son, family, friends, going to the gym and then rewarding herself with the occasional takeaway!

Zara Bottomley

Head of Design

Zara is a passionate and creatively driven Interior Designer, who joined Ikon as the Head of Design at the beginning of October. After graduating from UCLan, Zara gained extensive knowledge from previous design and project management roles, that involved being a part of projects from; concept to completion on a multi sector level, with creative and technical design in mind.

With an extensive portfolio that includes; Educational, Specialist SEN, Dementia Design, Commercial & Bespoke Interiors, Zara was awarded the Mix Interiors 30 Under 30 Award that looks at the rising stars within Architectural and Design community. Zara achieved this through dedicated hard work and progression within the company and throughout her career as a Designer, Zara has achieved employee of the year, of the month and has continued to develop ever since.

Zara is passionate about working closely with her clients to ensure each brief is delivered with excellence and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. In her spare time, Zara loves spending time with her partner and family, as well as going to Zumba, having the occasional swim and is a big fan of food.

Molly Durkin

Interior Designer

Molly is a talented and passionate designer with a friendly and engaging personality that earns her the trust and respect of clients. After gaining experience at a well-known design firm in London, Molly joined the Ikon team in September 2019.

One of Molly’s greatest achievements is winning a design competition, with the prize being a two week work placement in Singapore at an airport retail design company. If it wasn’t due to visa issues, Molly would have made the big move over to Singapore as she was offered a full-time job following the placement.

During her current role, Molly has developed strong communication skills with both clients and colleagues. Being adaptable, flexible and passionate, Molly always does the upmost to exceed expectations placed upon her.
